Tranium is a partnered Discord community of about 30,000 members, and Nemesis is the bot that handles moderation there. Around five thousand of them are online at once.
Their staff team runs it for the day to day: slash commands with autofill so nobody types an ID from memory, one mod log they all read from, and ban appeals that keep the original case attached. Adding the bot to a server that size is the same invite as a server with fifty people.

Moderation
Ban, kick, mute, warn, purge and lock. Every action gets an ID so it can be looked up, edited or reversed later.
Quick Mod
/qmod applies your server's rule ladder. Set what a first, second and third offence does per rule, and Nemesis counts prior offences for you.
Raid protection
One command locks channels and blocks joins. Pattern detection catches duplicate-message floods and can end raid mode on its own.

Everything after the invite happens in Discord or the dashboard. There's nothing to host.
Add the bot
Sign in with Discord and pick a server you have Manage Server on.
Run /setup
Create the layout, reuse the channels you already have, or map slots yourself, then pick which modules start on.
Tune the rules
Edit Quick Mod ladders, filter words and channel settings from the dashboard.
Leave it running
Filtering, logging and timed mutes keep working while your staff is offline.
What it watches for.
These run in the background once enabled, and each can be turned off if you'd rather handle it yourself. Raid protection, compromise detection, the content filter and Quick Mod are all on the free plan.
How security worksNo Administrator permission.
Plenty of bots ask for Administrator because it's easier than listing what they need. Nemesis asks per feature instead. The practical difference: if the bot were ever compromised, it still can't delete your channels or roles, and the optional permissions can be left unticked at install time.
