Common questions
Do I need to keep a machine running for Nemesis to work? +
No. Nemesis runs on our servers 24/7. Once you add it to your Discord server, it operates automatically - no hosting or machine required on your end.
Can I use Nemesis on multiple servers? +
Yes. You can add Nemesis to multiple servers. Each server has its own plan - you can have some on Free and some on Pro/Elite. Billing is per-server.
What happens if I cancel my plan? +
Your server drops back to the Free tier at the end of your billing period. All Free features continue working - no data is lost. Pro/Elite modules are simply disabled until you re-subscribe.
Is there a free trial for Pro? +
We don't currently offer a time-limited trial, but our Free tier includes the full moderation suite, logging, content filtering, and translation - which covers most servers' core needs. Upgrade when you need more.
Can I switch plans at any time? +
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
